Statistics April 2009 - March 2010
In the twelve month period ending on 31st March 2010, 83 people were arrested and charged in Hertfordshire following calls to Crimestoppers. In that period, drugs with street value of over half a million pounds were seized as well as £4,500 in cash.
Many calls have led to the arrest and conviction for class A and class B drug possession, cultivation, and distribution.
There have been several arrests for vehicle related crimes, drink driving, uninsured drivers and untaxed vehicles.
A number of wanted persons have also been identified and rearrested through calls to Crimestoppers.
